Paying For Premium, Only Getting Free Service

Im paying for premium, but only getting free service with commercials. Why?

I have been charged the last 6time months for premium and only get the free. Tried to email a spotify moderator and they dodged my question with a reply to something totally opposite of what I asked. I'm getting really annoyed to being charged and can't play music!!!

Hi Justin5150- You're having a bit of a different issue here. You've made a new account via your Facebook and you're signing into that new, free account instead of your original Premium account. 

 

This can be sorted quite easily. Keep an eye in your inbox for a message from me with some more details--thanks!

 

Hi, Im sharing the same problem as many others here, last paid for Premium on the 15th of may but the account has been botched to free.

bragonfly - Ensure that you're logging in using your "bragefoss" username - You should get into your Premium account that way.

I'm getting the same problem - always used to update within seconds now I'm still getting ads after buying premium

 

Have logged in and logged out, reinstalled the app  - iPhone app isn't regonising me as premium either

Hi. I'm having a similiar problem as a lot of other here, exept that I payed for unlimited. On my account-website it says I got unlimitide, but my program won't recognize this.

i have the same problem ,

online account say that i m a premium member...

the spotify app say im a free member...

I'm facing the same problem. Created spotify account via Facebook, logged in, upgraded to premium and the website keeps telling me that I'm premium. However, neither the Mac application, nor the iPhone app reflect that status (both say I'm on free).

Same problem here.

Payed for Prem and no Update in my Spotify Program 😞

David, this is happening to me as well. Was listening to streaming service last Friday morning & by the afternoon it was telling me I needed to upgrade to Premium in order to stream over my iPhone. Please help.

mrcodemachine- I can see your Premium has definitely gone through. Please log out and log back in using your Facebook email/ password. 

 

KMcLachlan1- Yours is also good to go. Please log in again using your 'kmclachaln1' username and Spotify password.

Same for me... Updated my payment info yesterday, and it says that I have a premium account on my spotify profile. But on my Mac and my iPhone it just says that I haven't got a premium account, only free.

I've tried logging in on/out of both devises several times an reinstalled the apps, but without luck.

This issue as also happened to me. My account "iFredTV" is a premium account as noted on my account details and the receipt I received after renewing. I am unable to access premium items on any of my devices (Mac, PC, iPad, iPhone) and I have performed the "log out, log in" and "uninstall, and then install" steps on all of these items. It seems that some people are being told to "just link up your facebook account", but this option is unacceptible for various reasons. I have been one week without Spotify and am hoping to get this resolved.

I forgot to also tell you that I've tried logging in with both my Facebook accout and my spotify account (nicoledreher).

I've ordered the Premium service yesterday. Logged out and in serveral times, and till now I still have the free service in the app (mac)..
