Paying for Premium for Two weeks, still no help

I paid for premium almost two weeks ago, I've tried signing in and out, did nothing but made me lose my playlists.  My account on here still says i have spotify free.  Also, I actually signed up for the 30 day free premium trial but my credit card was charged the full amount. Either way, now that I've been charged I just want access and of course spotify doesn't answer any emails and just tells me to come to here. Please help! No access to premium and lost playlists!

Also just noticed there's no receipt or any verification of my credit card being charged for premium on my account. I've looked at other posts on here to see other responses to this same problem,, there are no other family members or accounts this card would have been used for either.
