Paying twice - no go.

Paying twice - no go.

I've paid twice for a spotify account, that dosen't exist anymore. I would apreciate if you guys from spotify could help me? already sent you and "e-mail" to your coustumer service, and got no reply.. Have to cancel my subscription and get a new credit card, if you dont help me out.. please

support ussually takes about 24-48 hours to reply 🙂

 

if you got an email from no-reply that asks you to check the FAQ or the community just reply to it and they can assist you from their 🙂

 

if they have not repleid to you by tomorrow you can ask me here and i shall escalate the issue for you 🙂

Okay thanx. I e-mailed spotify by FAQ, Bout 48 hours ago but i will wait untill tommorow. Just shocked me, that my old account was stil running, and i cant find it anywhere.. But i'll se by tommorow. Dont want to get a new MasterCard for some mistake 🙂

They dont mail me, and im starting to get a bit irritated. Wondering if i should cancle my subscription and get a new credit card. Can u help me?
