Hello, I'm getting a message when I sign into Spotify 'One Little Problem. Your Premium Payment Failed'. I checked with my bank and my card is working fine and I can see that payment did hit this card in Dec. and Jan. Not sure what to do, please help!

You can login to the website with your username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
In there you can check your payment info, and update it if needed.

Hello, the receipts show a payment for Dec. & Jan. but nothing for Feb. My payment details haven't changed and the card is still valid so I'm not sure why I'm getting this message?

No, there's actually no balance on this card at all.
