Payment date has changed

Payment date has changed

Hi, my payment normally occurs on the 31st of each month. In February it changed to the 29th, i figure ok well i guess being February that has to be the case but i see now my next payment date is the 29th too! Why is this the case and how can i change it back to the 31st without having to change back to free and subscribe again because that would be ridiculous to have to do?!

That's definitely unique! Currently, the only way to change your billing date would be to do what you mentioned in your post - cancel and resubscribe.

I have a similar issue, my payment date is normally on the 18th of each month, but today it sudenly changed to 7th of each month. Please, can anyone tell me why happened this?
