Payment failure

Payment failure

I recently had the free trial for spotify and i changed credit cards in the time of doing so, so now my account asked me to change details so i did and set it up with my new card and its still saying that the payment isnt working, but i checked my bank statements and i was charged the fee for premium. Any help would help please

Could you check if you have received premium?

Are you receiving the premium in app?

 

Did you change your payment details to a new credit card? or just refresh them? 

 

Is the old card till being charged?
