Payment failure

Payment failure

So, this has been going on for quite a while now. It has repeated twice now and I really want know why it keeps happening? I am pretty sure that my card won't expire for a while. 

 

Dear Customer,

We've tried a number of times but have been unable to renew your Spotify subscription. As of today, you'll start to hear ads and, if you had a Premium subscription, you'll lose access to Spotify on your mobile phone.

 

Then they put a link in the email which links me to the subscription page. And I have follow the steps. I have also looked at Support and Help, but no, doesn't help at all. And I really need spotify.This have happened twice, first time after I had the 30 days trial and now after I payed, I want know why this happens, and why you won't fix it when you know it failed.

SannaRomberg - Hi there! We can't see exactly why the payment has failed, I'm afraid. However, I've just tried a little something in your account, which may fix things for the moment.

If you could try and resubscribe now, it might work. Let us know how you get on.
