All my playlists are gone

Just recently all my playlists just randomly disappeared. How can I get the m back?

Normally this happens when you log into a duplicate account rather than your real Spotify account. 

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account. If not, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team directly.

Hello, thank you! I tried that but it didn't work ๐Ÿ˜• 

In that case you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to investigate a little closer for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
