Payment failure

Payment failure

I keep getting this message: Payment failed. You’ll lose access to your plan soon if we can’t process this month’s payment. Please update your payment details and check your card balance, and we’ll retry in a few days.

I have contacted my bank and verified that I have enough funds and it is not an issue on their end
I have made sure the addresses / country match my card and account
I have tried using in-cognito/private browser
I have tried removing the card and adding it back in

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

If you’re having trouble with your current payment method, I’d recommend trying another one if possible.

 

If that’s not an option, you can try updating your payment details by following this guide: https://support.spotify.com/article/update-payment-details/
