So I sent a request to the "ContactSpotifySupport" But I though should post here as well and see if could get some faster feed-back.

 

My story is last night I upgraded my account to Premium again, but when I signed up it had charged to a card I no longer use. I was wondering if there was a way I could have the payment redirected to another card or to have the payment totally refunded and I could just pay again with another card. I love the premium service and spotify is awesome, but I don't want some little oops I did to ruin the whole experience for me. PLEASE someone help me? Thanks!

In response, I was refunded not more then a minute ago! ❤️ Love the fast response even with all the possible weekend support claims I was probably in line behind. Spotify RULZ~! Highly recommended to anyone who hates ads and has a mobile device (like me) makes my graveyard shift fly by! Keep up the great work guys. Made my day!
