I have gotten a couple emails saying my payment didn't go through. I can't find a way to see if this email is legit and NO WHERE ON THIS PAGE CAN I FIND 'SPEAK TO A PERSON'

You can contact Spotify Support directly about this issue to see what happened with your payment. They usually respond within 48 hours, but they usually respond much sooner.

 

Keep me updated, I'll be following your case!
