How to transfer all playlists over to another account

My husband and I set up our first Spotify account years ago and we shared it, but these days my husband just hogs it altho it's associated with my name, my email address, my bank account, by birthdate, my gender etc. We now have graduated to a Family account and I am going to create his own account for him with his details. However, he's got 15 years or so worth of playlists and liked music on there which I would like to shift wholesale over to him so that I can wrest back control of 'my' account. 

The alternative would be to change the name, birthdate, gender, email address etc associated with the account he uses to HIS details, and free up my email address so that I can start afresh.
