Payment problem

Please fix my payment problem. There is no any option for payment. And have a provision in my bank account. Just fix it

Edit: i am a student. I want get a student premium account. I was changed my account type and changed payment method (as bank account). paid to spotify from my wallet but i didnt get my premium account ! Please fix
