Payment problems

Payment problems

Hello,

 

On the 28 Nov. 2012 I have paid the invoice for the premium account which is also shown on my bank account. Nevertheless I received an email from spotify saying that there are problems with the payment and my account will be downgraded.

 

I don't understand why my account is downgraded since I did pay on the above mentioned date.

Also if i view my receipts the dates of payment do not match!

 

Please help.

Hello,

 

My son will get an Ipad for christmas. He all so wishes Spotify premium. When i tried to install premium i had to give my apple ID and my bank account. I don't want him to have the possibility to buy without my consent. What should I do?

Spolar2003 - Purchase things in iTunes or on Spotify? From the Spotify app on the iPad, he won't be able to purchase anything.

If it's iTunes and your son purchasing apps that you're worried about, you'll need to talk to Apple.
