I saw at my PayPal that Spotify collected €9,99 2 times in 1 week. Something went wrong? Here are some details:

Hi, and welcome to the community!

As this is a payment issue; I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to refund you and stop the duplicate payments occuring.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
