Paypal Error

Alright so I tried to get subscription with Paypal, to get the holiday deal (3 months of Premium for the price of 1).

When I do so, it says "Something went wrong, please try again".

But doing it again doesn't work.

My Spotify email is different from my Paypal email, I'm not sure if that is the problem.

Nonetheless, it does not give me any options to fill in my information.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have this exact same problem, but I just get a symbols screen out of nowhere. I haven't ever had premium before.
