Paypal payment problem?

Hi,

I had premium and paid using paypal. However I got a new card and forgot about changing paypal as well so Spotify could not renew my premium.

I added the new card on paypal and renewed the license, the money was withdrawn but I did not get premium. 

I've waited two days now, and Spotify won't answer my questions.

Is there a general trouble regarding payment using paypal or is it just me? I've tried to login/logout but it has not helped.
