How do you get an answer?

I have contacted support twice about being unable to get back onto my account and am yet to get an answer Any ideas? Customer support seems to be seriously lacking in some cases and I don't think this is a service I'll want to pay for in the future.

Cross Country Library ?

Hey. My mate and I, who are both on the UK spotify account don't have access to the same library. He's travelling right now, and he can listen to some albums that dont appear in my library ? Is there an explaination to why this would happen ? Cheers.

Solved!! delete account

I want to delete my account, so I added ".del" to my emailadress 6 days ago: on which my account should be have been deleted within 48 hours. But it's still there...... Can somebody take action? thanx
