Wrong Facebook-account has been added to my Spotify-account

A friend using my computer accidentally added his FB-account to my Spotify-account. How do I remove this?

How do you get an answer?

I have contacted support twice about being unable to get back onto my account and am yet to get an answer Any ideas? Customer support seems to be seriously lacking in some cases and I don't think this is a service I'll want to pay for in the future.
