Can you confirm for us if you mean that you're trying to recover a playlist that you're sure was deleted or if you're unable to locate it on your account?

We're afraid it is currently only possible to recover playlists deleted not longer than 90 days ago.

But if you're not sure the list was deleted it's possible it was created on a different account. You can check this page out for more info on how to find out if you have multiple accounts with Spotify.
