Photo changed to someone else's and my playlists gone

It seems that a week ago all my playlists were deleted and replaced by someone else's.  I also see that someone else's picture appears on my account.  The users I follow and my daily mixes have not changed. 

I never linked my account to Facebook and it is not linked now.  What can I do about this, short of giving up on all my playlists and creating a new account?

After contacting Spotify, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.
