Unfortunately, avatars are currently only available to profiles if they are connected to Facebook or are verified on Spotify.

Spotify uses verification to validate the accounts of key partners, brands and individuals that are of the most interest to their users. Unfortunately, Spotify do not accept requests from the general public.
