Playlist Missing

I've tried https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/recover-playlists/, contacting spotify support but I don't seem to be able to get my playlist back. I havn't used spotify for a couple of months so the last time I checked was during summer. The playlist missing is "Jul" if a moderator looks at the thread
