Playlist Problem

Hello,

Today, I just made one of my playlists available offline (it was before, and I took it off). Suddenly, it wiped from my list of playlists, but I can still view it from my phone from "Recently played". If I try to make it public on the phone, by clicking the 3 dots, it repeats "Playlist is now secret." On my computer, if I click the 3 dots, it has no option of making the playlist public, available offline, rename, or delete. If I play the songs on my phone, I can click the song and it leads me to the playlist, but I can't add or delete songs (or any options). Please help, as this is my main playlist!
