Playlists Dissapeared

Hi Spotify, I read through the forum and found similar posts but my problem can only be addressed via a moderator.  I have been using Spotify for about a month now and have built up playlists.  After logging in a few days ago, I was prompted as a new user, even though I wasn't and all of my playlists and songs were missing from my account.  I am not sure the root of this problem but from what I have seen in other forum posts, moderators see that multiple accounts are created via facebook.  If you could delete any extra accounts besides the main account I used connected through facebook I would greatly appreciate it.  Thank you.

The quickest way to get this sorted out is actually to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that done for you, normally within 24 hours.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
