Playlists disapeared

Playlists disapeared

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

I am getting a bit angry now. I haven't been able to see my playlists on my pc for over two months now. There is no helpdesk I can ask in my mother tongue, instead I'm forced to open a thread in this forum. So what shall I do now?

Hi @okumonux and welcome to the community 🙂

 

First, have you tried logging out then in? If that doesn't work, then you should use the Support Form to contact customer services, as it is likely you have a duplicate account.

What devices have you been using Spotify on? Might be able to speed things along by retrieving your account usernames from the app.
