Playlists disappeared again

Hi. A cou;le of weeks ago, my playlists disappeared like many folks experienced. then it got corrected, and now it happened again.

 

What do I need to do to avoid this?

Hi mbjones130 - It sounds like you've made a second account via your Facebook. 

 

Do those playlists return when you sign in with your 'mbjones130' username instead of your email?

Hi. Based on your comments, here is what I did to solve the issue:

 

1) Just FYI, I have no desire to be hooked up to Facebook from Spotify. I think your solution would have left me with the Facebook  account.

 

2) I closed all windows with  Spotify connections.

 

3) Then, I logged back in with my email address. I guess that signs me into Spotify, butmakes it an account that ties into Facebook.

 

4) Then I logged off of that account. That made sure I was off of the Facebook account.

 

5) Then I logged in with my Spotify user name.

 

6) Lo and behold, my playlists came back, and I now have them

 

7) I hope I never sign in with my email again, but at least I will know what to do

 

thanks for the suggestions. They helped me figure out that the two accounts together were creating the problem. I don't know how to do the "Accept Solution" thingy from here.
