How do I move my playlists from one account to another?

The easiest way would be to make your playlists public, and then browse to them on your new account. When you select the playlist you want (in the Spotify app for Desktop), hit CTRL+A to select all of the songs in the playlist, and then right click on a song and "Add to Playlist" -> "New Playlist". You can do this to all of your playlists, and then rename them afterwards.
