Since you made your account with Facebook, you can't change the number username to a custom one.

You would have to sign up with a new account to choose a username

I suggest you contact support so they can help you transfer all your stuff to a non-Facebook Spotify account that uses a username and password to login. You will need to create a new Spotify account that uses a username, and include that username with the description of your problem when you are contacting support.

I contacted the support team a week ago, they have sent me three emails. I've been responding everyday and emailing them, but they won't answer me. They said they help me, they've literally done nothing.

This is literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced
