I have the same thing going on. I want it to be logged off on every single device. People have been using my account it's very frustrating

I need spotify to be logged off every single account. I'll change my password but it's been logged into different account and it's starting to piss me off. I want to be sure every single device that may have my password will be logged out

This thread should help you significantly. It will help you log out, but I would do something more to prevent the problem from recurring (like changing your password as you mentioned.)
