Premium Family - not receiving email invite

Premium Family - not receiving email invite

Hi,

 

I have subscribed to Premium Family and have tried several times to send email email invite to my son, but he is not receiving it.

 

In addition, there seem to be no possibility to send link, that is avoiding to use email.

 

Can you help please?

Hey @emilianosalvemi,

 

I'd recommend telling your son to check his email junk/spam folder. Maybe the email has landed in there.

Im having the same problem.  All junk mail folders have been searched without any success.  Any other ideas??

Can you try sending the invite to another email address (from another provider)?
