Premium Family plan address issues

Premium Family plan address issues

Hi everyone, I have a family premium plan which worked well until recently. All my family members were disconnected because Spotify was unable to verify we have the same address which of course we do.  Any suggestions?

Hey @pedrinho66, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!

spotify is just being a pain in the @$$.. need to find alternatives now...
