Spotify has canceled the family plan account, in wich all members of that account must reside in the same address. They did that because they said that they could not verify the address of the account. How do they perform the verification? Spotify does not have access to my GPS and nobody came by my house to ask me. So, how do they know if i was living or not in my house??

Welcome to the Spotify Community, we're glad to see you're part of the band.

 

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address.

 

If you're having trouble verifying the address of one member, and he lives in the same physical address as you, we suggest contacting our Support team via @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. They'll gladly help you out with this issue.

 

If he's living in a different address, he can get Premium for your account here.
