Premium Invite Issues

Sorry to hijack this topic but I need help and can't seem to post my own topic

my friend sent me a premium invite and I created an account via my phone browser. Months ago my ex out of all people logged into his account on my phone and apparently it saved. I know if have to contact customer service which I did but his email is linked to the account. I asked them to please reply to my email but idk if that will work. Do you have any advice? I'm so embarrassed and annoyed.

Lets see if I understand this correctly, did your friend set up a family plan and then send out an invite to you so you could join his premium family plan then?

Sorry just saw you made a topic for me.

no, I got a code and he sent me the link through which to sign up. I selected sign up with Facebook and didn't know another person was logged in. It's a trial account for 6 months.

Anyone?? I don't know how to tell customer service to get in touch with me through my email address and not the one that's attached to the FB account that was signed up by accident ugh

Sounds like you are having all kinds of issues. 🙂

Anyway you can contact customer service for account issues by using the anonymous contact form. So just make sure you have your correct account information before hand. But I must say if someone used a code intended for you trying to get it back is going to be tough, and you might just be out of luck but worth a shot to try and see what can be done.
