I tried to do the $0.99 Black Friday deal and it told me I am ineligible for it. Please Help

Have you ever had premium before? If you had you are probably ineligible for it 🙂

Also if someone else has used your payment method for that deal/premium before you are also ineligible 🙂

yeha same happend to me. i tried the 3 months for 0.99 and all and dont acept my card but i went to my bank and it says that process was sussefull. but i still cant get it. my bank says that i have all permissions in my card and all so why the app doenst let me.

Have you ever had A Spotify Premium subscription or free trial?

Has a Spotify Premium Subscription ever been purchased using the payment method you are using?

If one of these is the case then unfortunately you are not eligible for the 3 month for 0.99 promotion 😞
