Premium Subscription via Vodafone

I have my phone contract with vodafone, however they also offer sportify premium with this. I have had use of my premium for a week now but it has dropped to free. Is there anyone who could help how to change this back?

Ive already contacted vodafone but they arent helping as its showing I have premium spotify on their services, but when I log on its free subscription. 

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for that info. Can you make sure you're logging into the correct account? Also, if you're still having issues - we'd recommend getting in touch with Vodafone and asking what might be happening.
