Premium Subscription

I was charged for Premium after the 30-day trial. I would like to cancel this but I want to make sure that I get a refund beings that I won't be using the subscripstion. Will spotify refund me the $9.99 or will I have to be charged this amount and after the month is up then so is my subscription?

@smh9317 - You need to manually cancel your subscription following the steps here, then you won't be billed for the subsequent months:

Once you have done that, providing you have not used your Premium subscription you can apply for a refund by emailing the customer services team using the online contact form.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
