Premium Trial not working

So at the end of November I bought a Spotify prepaid card and purchased my first premium Trial ever. Before I entered the prepaid code it told me that I will get a free test trial month but since today I have no premium left.
Did I understood something wrong or is it just a bug?

I just payed for my premium and all I get is an error when I want to log in with my home stereo receiver, and yes it is connected properly to the internet because other internet radio is working fine. I don't know why is this and why no contact #?
