Student discount not working

Student discount not working

I signed up for the student discount, I didn't even get to fully enter my school and it kept saying error with my school because I couldn't click on it, my school does come up. I then realized I was charged the 4.99 so I thought maybe the information somehow went through, and I tried to use my student discount benefits but it was working. I still had ads and couldn't listen to music unless it was on shuffle. I don't understand why I was charged when I can't even use the benefits

SAME. and i got charged twice. still no premium. im so pissed. and everything i get back when i try to contact the company is an automated response that doesnt help anything.....

If they will reply with a no-reply email, reply to it, even though it is a no-reply.
