Premium account and playlists missing

I went to listen to Spotify on my android phone after work and it prompted me to connect accounts or something. I logged out and logged back in using my facebook details but everything was missing.

I got home and sure enough my pc client is saying the same thing. It's acting like I haven't used it before ( the tips are all there)

I checked my account and it still says premium.

I tried the disconnecting facebook method shown in the sticky but it hasn't fixed it yet.

Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like you had two accounts, but they've merged. I've transferred your playlists and starred tracks over to the account you can access, so it should now be ok. Can you see them?
