Premium account - can't be searched/followed by other users

We just started a business Spotify for shared playlists and I am attempting to search it and follow it as a test before we launch it to our music students. I can't find it. I'm wondering if it's a user name issue (we have the generic letter/number one listed on the online account page, but on the app it comes up as our actual business name), or if I'm missing a privacy setting (have combed through everything).  Please help . . .

Hey @nlstarch Welcome to the Spotify Community!

What you can try doing is by putting this in the search tab spotify:user:[the username] and see if it shows up. Also dont include the brackets in the search.

We still can't seem to locate it . . . spotify:user:schoolofrockkaty is what I am having people search for and nothing is coming up. Thoughts?
