Premium account hijacked

My Question or Issue: My premium account was hijacked due to it sharing the same password info of other websites that have been breached. The person who stole my account used a disposable email and I was hoping I could get help reclaiming my account or at least preserve the playlists or something?  Would appreciate any help reclaiming my account.

THIS 100%. Twitter sent me link which eventually led me to direct chat and issue was resolved in under 10 minutes. You just need to have the payment info you used and send them a screenshot to verify (no card numbers or anything). They even offer to reset your playlist to a earlier date in case the hacker/thief deleted your songs. Thanks for the help and good luck to anyone who gets their account hijacked.

No they changed the password and the email. I have the email I opened it with, the email they have now, the old username and the card I use to pay for it. 

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
