Premium account problems

Premium account problems

Hi! I've a family premium account, but it only works when I dont use it with facebook. If I'm on my phone, it keeps saying I'm not a premium user. So my account via facebook is different from my account via my username. That one is the premium one apparently. All my songs are connected via the facebook one. How can I solve this?

Hey @sannevwaarden,

 

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you merge both of your accounts within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
