I have an ongoing Premium account, but it behaves like a free account (ad interuptions).

Very annoying.

Should I add an attachment with the proper username in this forum?

There appears to be no way to create a support ticket (or it is well-hidden).

Hi Erik,

 

I have had a quick look at your account and can see that you have a duplicate linked to your email address.  In this case, you will need to login using your Facebook details and not your Spotify username.  Logging in with the Facebook details will allow you to use your Premium and playlists.
