Premium account wo'nt change into a family account

Premium account wo'nt change into a family account

I already had a premiun account when I was invited to join a family account. I joined on June 10th, but Spotify still charged me for the next two months for a regular premium account. In the spotify-app it also stated that I owned a premium account. Then i terminated my premium account to see whether the family account would work or magically appear. It dit not. Now I have a free account, while I'm paying for, and have a rigth to a premium family account. My sister who's handling the family account, invited me a second time and while I accepted the invitation, it still says that I am a free member! And when I click on the invitation link again, it says I'm now a family account user because 'this link has already been used'. I even got the e-mail with the invoice for a family member account! Aaaargh this is frustrating! Spotify, you are not being true to your promises!

By the way, I already tried logging out and logging in again on all devices.

I have the same problem. I've done a reversal but now my account blocked . Otherwise, I had to pay a lot of money .
