Premium but shuffle won't turn off

On Premium but shuffle won't turn off. Account was recently paused as my carrier won't auto renew so had to charge it on my credit card. After doing it, shuffle won't turn off. Shouldn't be experiencing this problem as I have already charged it on my card!!!!
