Premium code does not seem to be valid.

I bought the HKD288 gift card but when I go to redeem page it said my card no not valid how can I do? I re-type over 5 times, it still said my card No. not valid

Can someone help?

Where did you purchase the card? Usually the codes are longer and more complex. If you have the card and proof of purchase, get in contact with the support team to take a look.
