Premium customer but features unavailable and down loaded music gone

Solved!

Premium customer but features unavailable and down loaded music gone

I'm a premium single customer. I've lost access to most of my features such as audio quality etc. Says unavailable.

  • I've signed out and in again, closed the app but issue continues. How do I change this?

Hey @Rickshaw2569,

Can you make sure you're playing the music on the device instead of streaming it to a speaker (e.g. Amazon Echo or Sonos)?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Can you please share a screenshot of where it says unavailable? 🙂

Hey @Rickshaw2569,

Thanks for letting me know.

It sounds like you might've got more than one account with Spotify, so I recommend checking out the following article: https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-do-I-find-if-I-have-another-Spotify-account/ta-p/4737961.

You can also log in at https://spotify.com/account to check if the account you logged in with is on Premium.

Let me know how it goes 🙂

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have had other accounts but haven't used these
for a number of years. This account is the correct user name assigned to
premium individual. I did down grade it a few months ago from family and
this seems to be when this issue have arisen.

Hey @Rickshaw2569,

Thanks for letting me know.

Can you check if this issue exists on other devices as well or if it's just that one device?

Additionally, can you please perform a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on the affected device(s)? 🙂

I've logged out of all devices via browser and logged back in and it's all
working at present. It seems to suddenly change back out of the blue.
I'll keep an eye on it. I have reinstalled the app too.

Hey @Rickshaw2569 ,

Great! If the issue occurs again, just let me know.
