I've upgrade to premium, but it doesn't work! Where can I get personal support - an e-mail adress or chat? Please send answer to my mail

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'll try to help you out.

 

Can you try logging out and logging back into your Spotify account? Make sure you're using the same logging details that you used to purchase Premium.

 

I'd also recommend you try logging in with other email addresses you may own in case you purchases Premium with a different account.
