Premium don´t work

Hello, I have just bought Spotify Premiun, but it´s not working, and I have tried on my iPhone and computer - I have tried to reinstall it, but I still can´t play music (because i exceeded the 10-hour limit). My subscirption page says that I have an active premium account - what should I do?
