Dear Spotify Team,

 

i purchased spotify premium couple of days ago to use it on my smartphone, desktop-pc and notebook-pc. First it worked flawless. but since today my playlist is not avaiable on my smartphone and the ps app tells me that i have to upgrade.

 

Please explain! Smiley Frustrated

 

It wasn´t cool to sit in the train and wanting  to hear some music.... but no working spotify

Y U NO WORK!?

Spotify can solve problems soon - however every customer has own ticket. When Spotify reach yours ticket - all should be fixed. Be patient.

I think that average response time is 3 days. But maybe you get a response and solution within 2 days.
